It’s like a second home now Northerner, it’s just a shame when all I said was MY feelings on the decision not to change the sub-headings back! But clearly I was meant to say nothing or say ‘great idea’, well I can’t this site means a lot to me and I have my own opinions, I accept the decisions they made BUT it doesn’t mean I agree with them! Snowys Mum, glad you are getting the vaccination, you deserve it! Glad the boiler is working well.

Lacomtekp and moomy, thank you, the crinkle has gone from the lens capsule and the ,ens has stopped flopping about ( very disconcerting) vision improving . moomy,  I feel safer going fir walks early in the morning. Afternoons are awful, schools coming out and covidiots everywhere. I too am a bit anxious about the vaccine as J have multiple allergies. I have never reacted to an immunisation, but I shall try to get my GP to do it. He will have the necessary injections to hand if I go off.

LondonLass please can I have LP for  Monday! Bowel  surgeon checkup. The cafe is open!

Lacomtekp I cringe at the thought of all those spiders coming out!

Lol...I think most of us have been on the naughty step/ chair.  It never does any good though,  does it? 

Snowys mum .... good luck with the vaccine. If it takes 3 weeks to work then you should be protected by thr new year! I guess if it gives coverage for the current different strains it's worthwhile for everyone,  even if they've already had covid.  I wouldn't like to go through this again:/  I've reflux from my tummy to my knees today (covid.... the gift that keeps on giving!) so I'm now on antacid tablets for the next week. The doctor told me they've had quite a few people come in with 'food poisoning' who test positive for covid. Well,  at least I'm now going into day 12 and still here,  so that's good.  I know a few people who've not been so lucky,  including thr mother of a teacher at our school who died yesterday after a long battle with the  illness. I hope that I'm well enough to go to Scotland and quickly see my uncle on the 23rd before the last flight home with my eldest daughter,  who I've not seen since September apart from on WhatsApp video calls. .

I'm awake all at the wrong time.  I was so tired when I went to bed, and only managed to sleep a couple of hours.  Having a hot drink and hoping I’ll be able to get to sleep again soon.  I’ll grab some more sleepy dust.
