LondonLass well done for getting away for a break enjoy those walks. How is your tiredness?
Its lovely to see both Northerner and both looking so well and hair looking lovely.
I do think part of the hardest part of this journey is loosing your hair - mine started coming out a few months after starting on the letrozole.... I think this makes 'it' real to us.
I believe other ladies on this journey especially the chemo route seeing how your hair as grown back and so lovely will give them the boost they need. No one knows what any part of this journey feels like - unless you are part of it - I really don't. Owww its 'just' hair - well yes it is and in the bigger picture not important - but I do think it is a mind blower - so seeing your photos will give others the boost they need to know 'it will come back'.
Sending love and hugs to all the Fruit Loops, hoping you are all as well as can be xxxxx
(hope post makes sense my dear brain loves to change the words i am typing hahaha arrrrghhh... is it the letrozole or is it just me) xxxx
I ‘hope’ it’s the Letrozole, as sometimes my words disappear mid-sentence, haha!

Hi WhatHappened, You aren't on your own -I'm sure my hair is depleting too thanks to the Letrozole. But it was never very thick anyway. Pictures of newly grown hair will reassure chemo patients I'm sure- you both look very smart.Sending hugs
Kwissy, after about 3 months - mine was coming out every wash (started - well, stopped washing it so much to try to prevent this). I've got naturally curly hair, so looks like I have more than I have - and takes forever to grow. I feel the less I take notice of it, the better xx
Hi Kwissy, I normally had very thick hair (and it is again now) and a couple of months into Letrozole it thinned a lot. Hairdresser wasn’t sure if it was that or the stress of it all, but it thickened up again, she usually uses thinning scissors on it, and had to begin again during the late summer I was on it (began in early April) . hope that’s reassuring?
Night night fruit loops, sleep well and stay safe (Covid numbers here have increased recently)
