Well done moomy Lacomtekp and Northerner setting the new threads.
So agree about the poppies!
Not doing very well with my walks. Yesterday I managed to get a slug down my sock, and it ended up in the wash with my muddy leggings. Found it in the wash bag Today I tried in dog muck and has to scrub my shoes when I got home.
Tomorrow I shall take a different route!
Stay safe everyone xxxx!
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Yes Northernerso glad you were able to ask those niggly questions .I for one, have had a much harder time with my reformed booby than I ever did with the other!!Logically they told me there isn’t anything left there...but I have had lots of feelings of “lump-type” things and no one was more surprised than me when nothing was found there(on examination)( a few times now)!
Maybe it is because it is where the cancer (x2 for me) was originally found...and,as moomy says, maybe they are just phantom pains,or just nodules.
I also love your Pooh bear meme! Am going to steal it-sorry!! Xx(Oh!anoher one has appeared and some more text as I have been writing this..love them both!)and ...Goodness!what a day you have had.!
am ill-advisedly watching the Trump/Biden race for the Whitehouse, but have already fallen into a deep sleep once!
anyway, the result probably won’t come in for a long time so may go to bed I am thinking.Night night all fruity-loopies!!xx
oh!and moomySorry I hadn’t seen your comment about your poor son-in-law having to stop the job which he only just started...yes...I am afraid that is happened ing a lot...I did wonder about that...and also how are schools going to get off the ground if pupils have to isolate for so long after being in contact with a COVID pupil! It really is a nightmare( but obviously necessary)....but hopefully people will learn to adjust although that is so much easier said than done !
how will we all look back on this,I wonder??
I do hope we get an answer to it,sooner rather than later! As we alll do xx

Hi Fruit Loops, pleased to read that you are all doing as well as can be expected during these difficult times.
I’m currently enjoying a little break away from home, with mum, dad and Bella. We are staying near the Beach and enjoying daily strolls along the waters edge! Bella went for an enexpected swim in the stream, think it scared her as much as it did us! But she made it out okay!
we met up with my Sister and Niece, with their dog yesterday. Thought we should see them. Before the next Lockdown begins!
Well I should try and get a bit more sleep. But sending Love and Hugs to you all. Sal xxxx
Morning everyone,
Beautiful morning here, clear sunshine, though cold. Looking forward to a walk with a friend and her two labs, which will doubtless be muddy.
A little annoyance to sort out before that. I discovered last night as I was going to bed that my mastectomy scar had randomly started bleeding after 8 weeks of perfect behaviour. Now I hardly dare move the arm/chest , irrational fear the whole thing is about to open up. I suppose it is a call to the breast nurses to check what’s up.
have a good day everyone.
Judith
Oh dear, Judith, hope it can be sorted swiftly for you!
Morning, fellow fruit loops, and great to see you posting LondonLass! And yes, a lovely idea to get away and meet up with others (SD I hope?!) before the second lockdown begins. Hope Bella was ok after her surprise swim?!
Hope any appointments/results/etc go well for all today. Me? A quiet day - again!
it’s chilly this morning, hubs had seen the forecast and popped out to the van to switch on the heat blanket for the water tanks, that will use the power from the solar panel. Clever van!
Stay safe
hugs xxx
Moomy
