Morning fruit loops,
i slept much better than the previous night, but did stop off even more! Yes, I too have used empty duvet covers.
hoping that any having treatment get an easy time, as Karen says, drink plenty of cool water, and chill the inside of wrists too as that can help.
Anyone getting tests/results, hope they are good.
Today is museum day and we also have a zoom meeting; we need to set our health and safety rulings for operators.

Glad you slept better moomy, sorry you had a bad nightSantababy
I seem to have bern attacked by vicious plants/insects! Huge wheals with blisters Some on my leg I can cope with, but those on my arms are really freaking me out
Thank good ness I have compression sleeves. Taking double dose antihistamines, and have put dressing on blisters, with T tree cream. As I had lymphnode clearance on both sides I am always very careful with my arms. Fingers crossed! xxx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Yes Karen we back at van new meds from GP just about keeping vertigo under control So came back over on Sat evening
Been with friend walking dogs early this morning. Dexter and I now in shade . Dexter lucky got large cool mat to lie down on . I would recommend a small one to put feet on or inside pillowcase for us humans to cool down on a night so much cheaper than buying ones meant for humans

It's very beautiful Northerner. No wonder you are always trying to get there. Sorry about the vertigo.....I suffer too from time to time so can sympathise. Were you very busy? I often find I get an attack when I stop rushing around or worrying .....there's no logic to it. Just when I think everythings going well , the vertigo kicks in!
I often wonder if it was because I have been prone to vertigo since teenage years that the chemo made me so sick. The imbalance was already there?
Enjoy your week.
Love Karen
I hope the antihistamines work. I wonder what it was. Did you go for walk outside? Could it be a type of Urticaria? Especially as it's hot too.....didn't they used to associate wheals of blisters with heat....prickly heat or something? Until they realised it was an allergic reaction. But don't let the blisters last too many days without getting them checked. You might need something other than a antihistamine if it gets infected.
Hope it goes quickly so you don't get the bother of further treatment.
Love Karen
Hope the blisters ease and calm down for you x
