I reckoned that the time of day you take the Letrozole probably doesn’t matter since they take a long time to leave your system when you stop? 
Flossie, I’ve been getting foot, ankle and wrist pain a lot, just the last few days, wondered if it was the sudden heat, to be honest.

moomy Just seems weird because I have not had aches in my fingers for about two years, Maybe because I had a different brand during lockdown - I just had to take whatever they gave me. I used to take them at night. I like to think that before all the aches  happened during my sleep!! Ha ha!

Hey sal, no idea what to do anymore on here, loads of emails last couple of days, so I though I'd pop on. How are you  my friend? And everyone else?? wombat.23 I can only speak from a Tamoxifen point of view, but different brands most definitely can affect you! So as soon as you are able get back to the brand you suited better! I bet things improve!

Oh and Gay I think it was you who commented about posting pics? That’s something i have managed to do. If you go on insert as before and on to image/video then you SHOULD get the usual box that says upload, well in very faint grey it says upload and when you go on that it gives you the options to choose where you are getting your pic from.....hope that makes sense! This is from my iPad!

 Sorry to hear you are in Hotel NHS but VERY pleased to hear that Little LP sorted out those docs! Although it’s a shame they had to mak him angry! Although must admit, I quite like him when he’s angry

Flossie25, I have a letrozole foot also. Have had flat painful feet for years, and wear insoles. Letrozole exacerbated it ++++++. My recent podiatry follow up had been postponed due to Covid, and it was pretty excruciating. She has ordered a new R insole. Meanwhile I stuff kroll under my instep and can still go for walks. Much worse if I get a different brand than Accord. Hope you get yours sorted xx
