Pleased to see you are back home   Bummer about the Scepticaemia though (ouchy having your skin stretched by fluid)

Take advantage of everyone here to help keep your pecker up, fingers crossed you will soon feel a little less knackered and more like yourself.

Best wishes and group hugs, G n' J

  • Hi ,

so glad you’re able to try at home, and I really hope it works for you. I hope you’re getting nursing care? Ouch for the fluid drained off, no wonder you felt bad, poor lovey. And septicaemia is no joke.

    Take care and keep safe

  • Must admit The two hospitals that I use are very organise . We lucky in a way the one I’ve been to today was a general hospital but as a general closed . Now houses new cardiology unit

also a specialist Bc operating unit amongst others . Both hospitals have their own chemo units . I live between two so on occasion choose where . Op and heart done at clean hospital .

  • Hello Fruit Loops, sending lots of love to you all on this cold and dull Thursday.... my goodness that missing sunshine has certainly taken the heat away from us - hoping you're all okay - well, as okay as we can be all things considered.  We can do this - Yes we will all have ups and downs along the way - but remember 'together' we are stronger and can help each other far more than we realise.

, I am so pleased to read that you are back home, my goodness you are going thought some tough times at the moment, it is no wonder your feel very weak - you must be totally shattered.

Thankfully, it sounds like the septicaemia is under control... please ask others to keep an eye on your rashes - make sure they are not getting any larger or spreading... if this happens you need to contract hospital - may need different antibiotics.

Plenty of fluids to help clear your system - unless they have told you that you are on restricted fluid intake.

I would imagine your body; especially your legs will feel so heavy for you .... try to have little movements all will help with drainage.

So pleased to hear that your liver is reacting to treatment, keep in mind all that is going on it may slow the improvement, to have improvement with all you have going on really is brilliant news.

Please be kind to yourself, no rushing, take it easy and slowly you WILL feel better soon.  To have all this going on at 'normal' times will be hard, but with how everything is at the moment it will make everything feel much worse - so lovely 'keep remembering you will feel better soon, you will and plenty of rest'.

Thinking of you and sending lots of love to you and all the Fruit Loops xxxx

I'm hoping this makes sense - only my mind says one thing and my fingers type whatever they like x
