Little old me again! Awake and anxious  tbh in never usually thus nervous day before an appointment with my oncologist well except when was getting scan results. But I am tomorow for my telephone appointment iam =( wish lister was here to cuddle xxxx

Dear ...please try not to worry...I know that is easier said than done.Maybe put all questions down on a pad before you talk,and also keep it to hand to jot down anything she says.

is it Janine Grahame just tell whoever it is that your feeling stressed so could  they keep it plain and simple . Giving you time to write things down . Also as violetsniff said write  your questions down  Part of your stress will be cos you missing lister . You’ve not been able to share with him .

I felt exactly as you did before my telephone consultant with my Oncologist. I wrote down lots of questions but didnt need to ask them as she answered everyone during our consultation. I also had scan results so was really nervous, not usually like me. Consultant was very thorough and explained clearly my treatment plan.  Such a relief when consultation was over even though I knew I have to have chemo and radiotherapy. Deep breaths I find are always helpful. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

I'm quite good at that I got notes section on phone so write things down so far I've got what you may think strange things my left foot keeps swelling up and being painful after walking sometimes but not all time; breast which has lump in gets quite painful and dad told me put this one down I got two nodules like spots on ny back. I'm also going ask my cancer markers though they dont represent much for my cancer as they're up and down all time. Il ask about any news about my densunab starting again and a scan 

I got sleep but not long woken up and yes when stressed missing lister more so over month to the day he died =( and northerner ny oncologist is dr Humphries kf you heard of her she is lovely tbh i find all team at jcuh oncology to be I based there I cant quite remember xxxxxxx

hope all well with call ,I agree whole team is good at JCH although I'm based at NT& H over the water my Onco has her base at

JCH . Think we lucky in our area with the care, we receive very efficient ...As I'm sure other areas are too .

Yes north tees is very good too I had someone over do my biopsy he came to me when I was inpatient 

I've had my app not good news I'm afraid my tumour markers gone up os she booking me a scan in =( feel so sad I know day would come she says they up and down usually but think she bit concerned this time xxxx

Oh no, that’s sad, I hope they can find something to help.....
