what an awful to do that to you.  I can tell you my SIL has had a DNR on her 3 times over last 10 years.  The last time in winter 2018.  She's currently living at home but her DNR is now permanent.  She's 59 snd morbidly obese and had to have reinforced armchair at home and special extra large bed when in hospital .  She has numerous health issues including heart failure and diabetes .  When admitted in 2018 she was not expected to survive .  She had sepsis from leg ulcers and was in organ failure.  She was given minimum intervention as her lungs too bad to take intubation.  She was very very poorly but 3 weeks later discharged! She will never be well now her organs struggle, she can't walk and lives alone but something is keeping her alive !  It's just not her time.  We all have our time and you know it's not yours yet !  Stay well and positive xxc

We have no choice here as we are not allowed to leave home except one at a time to shop. The gendarmes are being very strict but just maybe it will stop the virus spreading. .......

I'm sending you a huge hug and can really emphasise of why you feeling anxious I'm actually speechless we may as kn some here not sure who else is but deserve all care and needs like anyone else does that mean people with transplants have same treatment? Ifs disgusting we may have life limiting disease one I didnt ask for it and we have rights as much as everyone..I'm. going to go further on ranting but no breathe hahah 

Well yes anyway how we all =)  I've got bit frustrated today got up.like normal did everything like normal and then emptied dish washer and then that was back was agony =( plus wide my angel cards and guidance book arrived today yay so can read that currently lister cat not speaking me or facing me was saying he had smelly breath and needed a polo hahaha woops xxxx

NO it will not happen, because I think what has happened to you is just a PAPERWORK EXERCISE. I think she has had an email about prioritizing use of critical care beds in the case of capacity being breached. She will put a tick in a box to say she has had this conversation with you.

My patients have the purple DNRCPR form in their notes and I can tell you in the actual event of an emergency ALL the stops are pulled out get them through,(and they have profound Dementia) because if the resources are there nobody will take the responsibility to not give medical care.

However if the situation gets like Italy then we are all in the same boat. The poor doctors on the front line will have to make the choice who gets use of the respirators. As regards your chemo meds...why should there be any more demand in the coming months???

Been reading through posts...just want to say...chin up everyone! It’s not great out there but we have each other...and always will. I went for a long walk today...just wanted to be outside, with fresh air, hearing birds sing and see buds on trees. Challenging times for many of our fruity loops...life just got way more complicated. I just want to send love to you all....I don’t think you really understand how much support you give by posting....I, for one, feel part of a wider circle of friends...so thank you to you all...stay safe.
