.
well I must say I had the best nights sleep in ages, slept from 9pm to 8,30 this morning, although I don’t recommend sitting all night on a chair in A&E to get it. Thanks to Sal, (LondonLass) who kept my spirits up through that night,
Have a lovely weekend everyone xxx
Aww! WhatHappened the trick is to eat some if your fluid ..i.e. homemade soup with stock I only have cup of tea with breakfast then water all day cup of tea after evening meal then no added sugar orange barley water .
Also you don't have to deprive yourself If you get back to walking you will be able to reward yourself with some chocolate just not the whole bar ! Aldi do a nice no added sugar choc bar . When I need to reduce and control sugars I work on principle of what I eat must be 5 ratio in a 100gm . So it might be 4pieces of choc or one cookie .
Im lucky and have a savoury tooth more than sweet but then watch out for hidden sugars in crisis etc .
Some really nice popped veggie crisps out at the moment . So I feel like having a treat .
I just need to pull it back in after steroids and fatigue put me on wrong road . Then Xmas .........
Glad your getting to bed earlier than 4/5am

Glad you’re feeling better . Agree, not a good way to get a good night’s sleep! xx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

Hello All and London-based and What happened and Fruitloops.
I saw radiotherapy consultant on Fridaay and I've been discharged/ dismissed/ chucked out. Not completely unscathed. I've had a boon like a boulder for a couple of weeks which on Wednesday was bright red and hot. Yes , you've guessed it, lymphedema of the boob and a raging infection. But no Cancer.
So revered to lymphedema team. No sweat been there done that worn the compression sleeve. ( from America very glam). BC nurse to look again at hormone inhibitors. Metropolis made me loose my marbles.
So to recap, no cancer just a shed load of other stuff to deal with ,but like my very first surgeon said." Still alive"
Night night.
God bless.
Kim
