BBC World Service is both a blessing and a curse! I like to have something to listen to in the night when I'm awake, but the risk is that you can get way to engaged in what they are talking about! I got into a massive state of anxiety about Hong Kong last night...?!?!?!

Sorry that I've been quiet... been still a bit under the weather, children drama, and today I had a scan on my spleen to see if they need to remove it. They called only a few hours later and said yes, it has to be done. Kind of annoying, but many people live without one and it should help things a lot in the short term, which is what I'm caring about most at the moment!
