I find it hard to sleep on it ... it would appear.

I like your drivel!  I’m sure your oncologist knows what he’s doing!  (I typed ‘he’ automatically told myself off for being sexist assuming it’s a man and reread your post)!

I retired in June and my plans to get into gardening never happened!  6 pots and I’m bored!

i put off so much now!  Oh I’ve plenty of time to iron/sort wardrobe/go food shopping etc I put off till tomorrow and tomorrow never comes!  For the first time in god knows how many years I ran out of wine 2 days ago!  I always keep a supply but again I put off going shopping for it!  I think my mother would call me a lazy cow!!  I reason I’ve worked since age 17 so I deserve a rest

You are NOT lazy at all... forget the old messages. I don’t have the energy to do many of the things I’d like to do including tidying up my plant pots on the balcony.  

I get a certain amount of tasks done each day .. and that is it !

Puzzler.....the break for your feet will help. Mine reacted like yours to Taxotere.  Skin came off in sheets not flakes and it felt like I put them in a bowl of boiling water permanently.  Only thing that stopped it was stopping the T. I haven't taken a single cutting yet this year. I must soon......Someone has filled the space I usually put them in to overwinter ......

No, I’ve not been to sleep yet, but getting there.
I’ve taken my chemo tablets with a DUCHY organic whole meal muffin, buttered and one side spread with cashew nut spread. Now I’m going to have a cupf tea with full fat organic milk M&S gold blend tea. 

Then get some sleep do some tasks, have a walk and then wait for DN to deliver daily stomach blood thinner. 
Took this picture yesterday on way to GP for injection. 
I think it’s a Nerine Lily ?

Poor old Baxter!! He sounds too old to suffer in the cold outside

Could your local Cats’ Protection find him an inside home, if he can’t live indoors at yours ?  Can you appeal to your OH to have pity on Baxter ?

Husband and I were all set for a lie in but twins were up and bouncing off the walls at QUARTER TO SIX, so that put paid to that! Who needs an alarm clock?!

After my post I settled down again and zzzzzzzzzz!  Yes I slept!

hope all you insomniacs get a decent nap in today, I’m up and off to clean, oil and demonstrate the Bombe (and Enigma too of course!)
