.
made me laugh at looking in old handbags for ST. I’m 8-9 years since last period but recently found a hand bag with my tampon purse in when clearing out wardrobe! I didn’t donate to daughter as I think they have a shelf life!
have a lovely break. Don’t worry about what you can’t do just focus on what you can do. My hubby now has mobility and fatigue issues after breaking his back and neck last year. I just adjust plans to factor in a 14 hour sleep after any activity and always have an eye out for a suitable rest area when I can see he’s having a sudden shutdown. Tell your family that you can get suddenly overwhelmed and you just need to rest and if you find it Jess stressful ask them to continue their activity while you can rest. My hubby feels less guilty if we carry on and just leave him to it. He’s on the end of a phone so I can feel relaxed too carrying on. I listened to this Ted talk last night and find it interesting about depression .

Enjoy your weekend Sal. Haven't been to Staines for some years. Until we moved to rugby I did my shopping there and remember the shopping centre being built in the late 70s
now I’ve come to bed (was dropping asleep in front of tv) I’m as wide awake as that owl in the pic looks!
grrrr!

Me too ....falling asleep in front of TV ....now wide awake
saw oncologist yesterday, he looked at my sore peeling feet , split finger nails , red tongue , took my blood pressure and stopped the capecitabine, says it is having toxic side effects ......will review restarting in 2 or 3 weeks ....I am scared cancer is going to go wild , but he says not .
It has been raining here for days ! I managed to hobble up the garden and dismantled the cold frames, the pots were floating ! Drained them and reassembled ....took 8 cuttings from pelargoniums , which are still flowering.....! ....managed to get 80 through the winter last year ....I am doing a few at a time , makes me realise how much less energy I have now compared to last year .....
not looking forward to clocks changing , hate dark evenings !!
still getting hiccups , oncologist says no problem ....I MUST learn to trust him ......
hope you are all asleep and not reading this drivel !! Xx
