AWAKE.........

That's a fortunate thing about London! And I've always been a bit envious of ladies with beautiful hijabs and turbans...

I am hoping it's not going to be a long wait too... I am really not feeling very comfortable and it's difficult even to sit up properly! But the nurses are so nice here, I feel really lucky!

Hi everyone and a big welcome  to all the newbies. I'm an oldie here in fact I think it's three  today I found that pesky lump. 

Anyway I have good news that my nuclear bone scan for rib pain is all clear so relieved. Bit of a mix up as after a stressful wait for letter it finally arrived today with clear result but for a Dexa Scan which I hadn't had. Had to ring up BCN who was very nice and checked result for me and talked me through full result as I was still worried due to incorrect letter  She is going to get apology letter sent but I really didn't mind just happy for good news  Next stress in December is mammogram  On we go  ! Love to all hope everyone ok xx

We can hold hands Optimistic ( or hold on tight to LP) as my mammogram date(4th year) has just been made for Dec 2nd!. I'm sure like me you're feeling every niggle in your breast at the moment as the date approaches but I'm also fairly confident we will be ok....

So pleased everything else is clear.

had the giggles today , 2 letters , one from  lymphodema nurse ,appointment for 8 / 12 ....this is a Sunday !! 

Then appointment came for 26 /12 for CT scan .....rang them and they said they didn’t realise this was boxing  day ....

went out for lunch and now feel sick ......seeing oncologist tomorrow , another new one , no continuity ......
