Hope it’s a good day for all!
I had a ‘bad’ night last night! This might be T.M.I for some so apologies!
Woke at half one with that horrid taste in my throat, but as I sat up and tried to take a breath I realised I couldn’t breath! I raced to the bathroom coughed and brought up a whole load of phlegm and stomach contents! It was awful and very scary! I was in the bathroom trying to clear my chest for quite some time! I’m still coughing up ‘yuk’ and a bit wheezy this morning!
It’s not something I would want to go through again! So I am definitely going to push for the referral for an endoscopy 
No I don’t want it and the thought of it still terrifies me, but it can’t be any worse than how I felt last night when o tried to take a breath!!
my GP had mentioned sleep apnea, but I don’t snore and she said it’s probably not that then!! But will keep that in mind! Thanks xx
Anyway think I might just lie here a little bit longer.......try and rest a bit! Love to all xxxxxx
