A sunny day here after all the rain.

I have a puzzle for anyone who can think of ananswer..

If cancer treatments & pills dehydrate our bodies why do we get water retention !!??

Oddly if your kidneys notice you are dehydrated , they alter the amount of water they excrete , so they retain water ......the general answer is to drink MORE water , reduce salt intake and be careful with caffeine .......but importantly drink more ........hope this makes sense xx
