Hi Londonlass
Well here in the north it's cool .part of the north south divide.lol
I'm beginning to think I have my own micro climate looking at hubby as sweat drips off my nose.
Forced to share a bed with him last night.( daughter visiting, nothing exciting). Quilt ended up in a pile on top of him as I slowly simmered in my own juices.
It's lovely when they visit but so peaceful when they've gone.
Chin up, the sweat evaporates quicker.
Meerkat is just called Papa as he's one of a family!
He now has a scarf and waistcoat, and I'll probably do him flat cap as well!
They look amazing. We've only goosegoggs in ours. They do make a delicious crumble though.
Thank you
P.S. the spell checker on this translated goosegoggs to bookshelves. Random or what!
How lovely.....they look delicious. I don't have much success with fruit in my garden....too hot and a lot of chalk....
I tried to post a photo last night of the setting sun to wish you all a goodnight's sleep but I didn't get it right. How do I upload a photo please?
Enjoy your dessert.......
Love Karen
Can I add my Sunflower! If you look closely you can see its attracted a visitor.......
I grew 2 this year which both grew to over 5ft 8in! It made me smile when I looked at them as in every job that I have nannied the children have had a Sunflower growing contest each year! It taught them to look after and grow a plant from a seed, taught them responsibility in looking after their plant, it taught mathematical skills in measuring it each week and working out how many cm's it had grown. But above all that it taught them that if you put enough love and caring into something, you could get something beautiful in return!
Now I look at my 2 flowers and I see all my precious past children and think just how lucky I was to see them grow and blossom into beautiful adults, young adults, teenagers, pre teens and school children! I love them all so much and am proud of each and every one of them!
Apologies, just having a day of reminiscing. Xxxx
What a lovely garden Snowys Mum, and thank you for the daisies xxx
, Papa is gorgeous xxx
Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Down to 2 cups of coffee a day, gone off it.
I have about glasses of milk, fruit juice then at least half a pint of water with my different tablets. I keep water by my bed, every time I wake I have a drink. I have 12 pts of milk a week & have done this for many years. When I made coffee it was half milk half water.
Also have glasses of water in between all this.
I do not add salt to meals & only have either bacon or sausage once a week. I am still going to loo often.
I will fill a litre bottle with water & drink that, then try to up it.
Appreciate the explanation.
Will go & stock up on the loo rolls!

Hi Sciliy
First I've had a bottle of wine.
Laid here with a collegenge face mask on trying to work out your e mail. You can't be short on fluids. Or constipated not with that much hydration.I have major issues with this site sober so tonight I've no chance.
So what are the toilet rolls for. Paper mache, loft insulation, or mopping up sweat. Now that I can understand. I can't believe I'm heading back there and pain in my feet after all the surgery to get rid of it.
Still, I'll wake up wrinkle free.
Silverberg, a bottle of wine! I have not had an alcoholic drink for 18 months, not that I drank a load, but cider or a cold wine on a hot day, lovely.
Toilet rolls for extra loo visits.
Water retention can be from all the meds.
I still have prunes & apricots because constipation is aside effect of most of the cocktail of drugs I am on.
Will phone help nurse tomorrow.
At least my TV is fixed without a charge, it had decided to stick on analogue channels.
I could do with a body pack to try & get rid of awful skin that has developed over the last year.
Have a good sleep.
