Morning Fruit Loops, hope everyone managed some sleep xx

 to all, I had a fruit smoothie (and a coffee) as a reward for doing a Nordic walking taster session and thought of the wonderful fruit loops, I guess a fruit smoothie is the healthy option as opposed to the cereal!!! (I also sneaked in a liquorice bar, placed strategically at the till - reminded me of sherbet dips...). Bit late for Happy Saturday but hope all have had a good day. HFxx

Hi I slept like a baby last night been traveling up north of Scotland in our campervan nice walks beaches and of course lovely teas with homemade cakes am attending physio jus now with neck and shoulder pain thinking with my lymfodema on right arm am putting all the weight of bags/shopping on right hope all the fruit loops are well at moment TC xx

Our daughter sleeps incredibly well in her campervan too!

Hi sal so sorry to hear of your freind treating you like this I think it's absolutely disgusting I had a freind to who was fantastic when I was going through treatment making me meals / shopping jus being there then when all my treatment stopped she backed of which I get but for the last 3 years we don't go for lunch or meet up txt now and again so now I don't bother I have new freinds through different things now but will never understand oh well we don't need anymore drama in our life especially you as you have been through a lot look after yourself and once a month give yourself a wee spoil  TC xx
