Oh,!,get well soon!!
I had a brilliant morning!!I started off by wearing pink for cancer awareness, and went to gym and explained to my (gorgeous) trainer..he said he was sorry he didnt have anything pink...then To Hospice Shop and told them why I was wearing pink and they said “marvellous”and clasped their hands together...then I bought something from them...some necklaces as I want to make up a necklace from some pretties I have!!.Perfect!!
a rather poorly excecuted poppy which I made for Joobie, who LOVES animals...for the animals lost at War...(a doggie with a bell)
I also had a lil chat with a lady with a most beautiful singing voice at the market,(bit like Joni Mitchell)and told her I was in Christmas choir and what I was singing, and she let out a marvellous rendition of it,right there in the sunshine...what a fab morning...
Oh no !! Hope your stay is a short one.
Hugs xx

So, a day of two parts really. I was up most of the night with a very unwell cat. Not able to pee, and vomiting everything I tried to get into him. And crying. I thought my heart would break. So cancelled my first couple of jobs, and off to the vet. They think he has a thing that afflicts some older male cats, where the sphincter and urethra constrict, so they can't get the pee out. Clever vet managed to get him to empty, don't ask me how. No causes for concern in a urine analysis and examination. I had thought he was constipated, but apparently that end is fine. He has eaten a bit and drunk some without vomiting tonight. He's also loopy on morphine!! He doesn't like being given meds, so that is a palaver. Now on observation for a few days to see if the problem persists. I think it's actually that he's stressed, what with us being away and a fox visiting the garden and upsetting him.
Went off to finish the job I started yesterday, to find another customer at the the house hanging paintings and stuff. Small world. They were both singing my praises to the point I was feeling quite embarrassed!! And, to top it all off, I was given a bottle of Bollinger for my efforts!!! Way to make me feel appreciated!! Can't drink it till next weekend, as I'm on call.
Let's hope for a bit more sleep tonight.......
xx
