Hello fruit loops . It’s been awhile but our lovely Londonlass has been in touch to keep me going . I’ve had some dark days ... loss of a wonderful friend.. politics at work  , health scares  etc etc . You have never been far from my thoughts and I hope you are all muddling through. I’ve not wanted to bring my dark thoughts and concerns on this site because what ever any one else says ... ithis site is there  for anyone who wants to read the posts or join in and You all went to help . I think you are all the very very best and are amazing . Without getting too deep and meaningful.. it becomes quite a spiritual connection when people in the same situation as yourself can be so generous with their kindness and strength . Morning all, I had to pick this pic as it reminded me of myself going up the stairs by the end of the day........okay who am I kidding, at the beginning of each day!!!

But today is my last day! Then 2 whole weeks off! Yayyyyyyyyy! I seriously need a break! I intend to TRY and get some sleep, as well as have some fun!  

However first things first! I need to make it through the day! I can do it, I can do it!!!
