.
Hugs greatly received ,
Thank you lending me LP ….I hope he did not hear my language ….yesterday a Dr and Nurse sat in a room with me and told me chemo was 1100 today . Wasted a morning hanging about when there was a meeting I could have gone to …..Gt there and they say it is 1400 …..they won`t accept my version ! Anyway they were very good and fitted me in at 1245 ….but they kept looking at me sadly and saying " it is hard to concentrate / remember when you are anxious " !!! I parked the car ….£10.50 ….! as I had to pick up someone after to help in mygarden ,,,,we ended up watering it in rain , madess…..
Hope you are all sleeping a bit better in the cooler nights , I am sure it is vital !! my hair has started coming out , bought a hat !
best wishes to all x
Puzzler at least the appointment went ahead in the end though I bet you hated the sad looks .I couldn't stand anyone feeling sorry for me though I know people mean well xx
Thank you Optimistic, I suppose it just it took me by surprise that they are thinking that the problem i have with my big toes is melanoma, ok it still could be nailbed trauma but i am glad they are keeping a proper eye on it now, its very reassuring for me, as there isnt much i can do but i feel relief its being checked out. That coupled with my other problems I really could do without. Now it’s difficult to plan because i dont know when my appointment will be next, I already have a a few to go to soon, including pre op on the 20th then see my gynaecologist on the Wednesday. I have my kidney op on the 11th September so it seems very busy month.
The good thing is i have some therapy appointment tomorrow not sure whether to go for reflexology or not, but looking forward to a bit of pampering.
Well as I appear to still be Wide Awake I thought I would take the opportunity to wish , all the best for your 2nd Chemo later today! I really hope all goes well and you are back home with your feet up ASAP!
As promised I have a little friend who would like a day out with you. He enjoyed a day with today, I assume he was well behaved although they had a long wait so I wouldn't be surprised to find he got up to mischief!
So here he is.....
He'll be ready to go when you are! I'll send him with some lunch but obviously feel free to give him some of yours! Hope he keeps you smiling and helps the time to fly by! Take Care Hun and let us know how you get on! Will be thinking of you! Sal xx
Hi Cathy , haven't heard from you for a bit! Really hoping it's because you are busy and not because you are feeling rough! I'm thinking of you and sending......
Take Care Hun xxxxxx
