  • So good to hear from you , glad you are now on the other side and onto recovery, rest up and take it easy but do crack on with the exercises as soon as you feel up to it, it will pay off. Take care and gentle hugs xx

ps,  sadly it won’t go away, has to be managed like a chronic disease unless it transforms to leukaemia.

  • There is a story book about Robert the Allotment Cat, Robert saved the 100+ year old allotments from being developed for the Commonwealth Games..... and ..... it's a true story Upside down

As for the Christmas spirit..... I love Christmas sadly other half seems to be a Bar Humbug more than ever this year, he's bad most years, this year seems the worst hoe, hoe, hoe ...... I will say his birthday isn't that long after Christmas and he blames this as (owww I am bad, I am laughing typing this)...... he said when he was growing up all his birthday presents always seemed to have bits missing from them, snakes and ladders with no dice, that sort of thing .....

    Thinking
For some reason he seems to think his birthday presents were discarded Christmas presents  Rofl

, I have to agree with Santababy...... I didn't think I needed to do these and maybe I didn't at the start, however, out of the blue my arm seemed to 'tighten-up' - took a while to get it back and even how it seems weak when wanting to lift something off a high shelf.

Sending love to  and all our beautiful Fruit Loops xxxxx

I'm hoping this makes sense - only my mind says one thing and my fingers type whatever they like x
  • Morning everyone Happy weekend Blush

nice to here from you  sounding bright and cheerful Grinning do what I do with Bah ! Humbug! Ignore him Joy

Hope you getting out and about a bit more we went to Durham Christmas festival yesterday …lovely day wandering around outside.

we stayed away from the marques which were too crowded for me. The yummy food stalls were in the Cathedral cloisters so lots of fresh air and more space . Then there was a street market so lots to do safely .

One step at a time and ...Breathe !

  • Morning all!

son just texted to say his cello pupils exam results were good, his Grade 1 who got very nervous and had to restart a piece still got a Merit but his Grade 8 pupil got a Distinction (that’s really hard at Grade 8!)  so pleased and proud for him, that’s a true example of great teaching!

    Hugs xxx
