I'm on my iPhone !  I could see them yesterday!!!  Wait I just scroll led back a page to see if o can see photos now but the posts in entirety have disappeared!  Am I going mad !!!

Good morning all.....

I am amazed how dark it is this morning as we creep further from the summer solstice. Our extra hour makes a big difference to summer sunlight I suspect.

Now this is a strange photo to post......my middle son is on the coast , cycling in Brittany. Last night he sent me this picture. It's so beautiful I wanted to share it but it is sunset not sunrise. Photos seem to working on my phone.....Samsung A 70....... I think I have found a system which works now but I am still having problems that the reply can disappear and not post. I haven't tried a second device because I didn't often use one anyway.

 I hope you all have a good day.  I am particularly thinking of you. Hope you don't miss LP too much. Perhaps he could return for another day? It is Sunday. He might not have too many other plans? Love to all. Karen

Yikes ... just able to get back on site. seaspirit44 ... I just got back on Accord just over a month ago and it feels as though my hand and feet joints got a bit worse since then. I think I need to keep some pressure on sole of foot when sitting .... top of my foot tends to be most painful. That’s the worst it’s been ... can’t remember how I was sitting. I definitely need to up my walking as I’ve not done as much lately since doing out a room and that may be the key I feel.

Thanks to all for the input on this subject ... Letrozole has a lot to answer for.
