Well I am struggling to get my head round the fact we are now in Dec!

Not even got a photo to share , however I will get one and we shall press on .

Off to the hospital for an appointment with mum today . Think they might see some progress .

Hope today is kind whatever you are up to .

Well we stumbled upon a rescue yesterday . Three fire engines and two boots .
To rescue one swan stuck on the ice !

They. Went out on two rafts .

Off to the Vet !

Last Tai Chi before Christmas. Had drinks and nibbles afterwards. DH made a cut and come again cake which was very popular. Happy Christmas and New Year everyone xx

seaspirit44 . Well I’m ashamed to say I had to google what a cut and come again cake is. Apparently it’s a traditional yorkshire cake and despite being Yorkshire born and bred I have never heard of it! It looks similar to a light fruit cake that my mum makes and I’ve screenshot the recipe online to give it a go. I shall also be buying some Wensleydale to go with it. Happy Christmas and new year to you too and now I have 2 new hips I shall try and keep walking x

Thanks Kareno62 I too didn’t know what a cut and come again cake was, sounds lovely. But I recently joined SW and don’t think it’s on the plan how you doing Karen, well done on getting new hips, hope you have a lovely Xmas x
