Hi Marshall
I am sorry to hear that your wife is in hospital after the dvt and now has low platelets. And to also be on antibiotics for the lung infection. I suppose she is in the right place and that hopefully you can get some comfort from knowing she is being well looked after.
I hope that she is feeling better from the infection and transfusions soon and can come home.
In the meantime if there is anything you need, please do ask.
How are you doing yourself? If you feel that chatting to someone would help, then please do give the Support Line a call. The number is below and they are lovely on there.
Jane
