Hi Nomes and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I can't help with your questions, as I had a different type of cancer to your daughter, but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list again and I'm sure some forum members will pop on soon to share their experience of waiting times with you.
If your daughter has been allocated a cancer nurse specialist (CNS), sometimes referred to as a key worker or Macmillan nurse, she could give them a call and they should be able to see how much longer she is likely to have to wait. If she doesn't have a CNS yet then her consultant's secretary should be able to answer the question too.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
