FEMALE BLADDER CANCER

I do the same as it’s so easy to forget these days but I then photograph the note to reduce the paper volume. My file when I visit hospital is about 3 inches thick and I always wonder what’s in there.

Only one for medical letters,we won’t mention the other 64 in my work room ! 

That’s a good idea xxx most of the letters they send to my gp etc a copy is also sent to me xxx

Mines really thin at the moment, but it won’t be long before it’s thick I’m sure
