Early check while removing kidney stone

Hi Jghftm1. Good to know you had your kidney stone removed. Hope you will feel better afterwards. The dreaded red patches are common after treatment. Many of us have had these which in many cases turn out to be false alarms. Your bladder check has been done early so hopefully it is still a bit of inflammation after BCG. Best wishes.

Hi,Before cancer I had red patches most years.Mine were due to inflammation but they always biopsied them to rule out cancer.Best wishes Jane 

Mr W had had red patches twice both needed biopsies but both were inflammation Like you our minds went  into overdrive Incidentally he was diagnosed with kidney stones some years before bc

Thanks Wilbert got diagnosed with kidney stones after the BC  and 1 has been stuck in the pipe for 2 months so out with a stent in.Might sleep tonight now with all the information of you guys in this forum much appreciated everyone best wishes to ll 

Mr w had a stone stuck in his urethra in addition to another 3 and had a stent which he was glad to be rid of Seems problem  is the difficulty between recognising inflammation and cis both present the same according to our consultant

I had the red patches. Check was done 4 weeks after no 6 which I thought was a bit early. Due to Covid & Xmas getting in the way it took 3 months before they did a rigid and took biopsies.

Red patch was chronic inflammation, so had No. 7 yesterday and now back on track
