Hi All urologist says 2 small papillary downward lessions that can be completely removed by turbit surgery, would this seem to mean they are not muscle invasive im so scared
Hi Forncett . They will not know the full diagnosis until results of your TURBT are in, but from what you say it sounds positive in the great scheme of things. A TURBT procedure is fairly straightforward. Usually done in day surgery but prepare for an overnight just in case. Anything untoward will be removed and sent for analysis. Results then determine the next step. Once you find out exactly what you are dealing with, things tend to get slightly easier as you have something positive to focus on. I hope all goes well. Best wishes.
