Good morning Teddyj. CT scans are routine at this stage mainly to rule anything else out and to give them a bigger picture of what they are dealing with. When you see your consultant, try and keep notes or record it if possible. It is easy to come away from these meetings forgetting everything which is said, especially now most places do not allow you to take someone with you. Hope all goes well. Best wishes.
