Has anyone any thoughts on having covid vaccine.

I have been invited to book my appointment. Even though I have not shielded or in the current age group being offered vaccine.

  • Hi and welcome to the group. I am a few years clear and I had my jab a couple of weeks ago with no problems. The only general advice we have seen is it is advisable not to have the jab within a few weeks of current treatment. Best wishes.

    Best wishes to All,   rily.

  • Mr D had first Pfizer three weeks ago. Absolutely fine. He has not had any treatment for months, just on cystoscopies. best, Denby

  • Hi there HC1

I finished BCG 27th Jan and was suggested a two week window after that treatment and before my next camera 2nd March.  The reason was when temperature is taken prior to my camera it may show different!

unfortunately I’m not able to book the vaccine within the window so I’ll try after the camera as my thoughts are that is more important.
