Next week 2nd time laser removal of3mm bladder tumor low grade this is after 2 turbs over last2 yrs. My concern now is the nurse suggested after the laser treatment I should have 6 week course if mytomycin asking the obvious question what side affects there might be she stated very few minor ones .,further response was "its up to you". Since then after talking to two ladies who received this chemo they both agreed they had problems with both bowel and uti's for weeks after and state they wouldnt have it again even though one has had a follow up scan and tumor is back already albeit a small one. Would like any experiences on this appreciate not everyone will be the same.
