Evening all,
As you know I’ve had a horrible couple of days. I do suffer with anxiety which is why I don’t drink caffeine anymore.
After having BCG #14 the pain was so intense that I stopped taking my Waitrose paracetamol and went for some Parmol extra…
They seemed to be doing the trick nicely, the pain wasn’t as bad but my anxiety had gone through the roof as per post yesterday..
Today ive been scared to eat as I was worried that would bring on the anxiety like yesterday, although I wouldn’t eat for five people.
So today I had a small meal and took the Parmol as per normal, within an hour or so my anxiety had started to really kick in.
Confused as to why this was ( as I hadn’t eaten much) I decided to check the Parmol packet…to my shock they contain caffeine!
So I’ve been popping these tablets for the BCG pain and I think making my anxiety worse… I’ve stopped taking them and I’m starting to feel much better.
coincident or something in it…
Nigel xx
