Hi.. I had tumor removed in may followed by 6 mitomycin infusion. All.clear at the end of August. Not the most reassuring dr. No conversation just "all clear goodbye".

I'm really struggling with anxiety every time I go to pee ,just in case of finding blood again .was it just chemo keeping it at bay

Do a lot of others struggle with this type of anxiety or am I just over thinking  things and need to relax and get over things

Thanks chris

  • Anxiety can be overwhelming, especially when waiting for results. What helps me is finding small distractions, like reading or even exploring hobbies. I’ve also found that focusing on simple routines makes a difference—just keeping my hands busy can help. A friend recommended trying out DankGeek recycler dab rigs for a smoother experience, and even just cleaning or setting one up gives me something to focus on for a bit.

  • Hello.

Yes ive come across people  that dont recognise  how tough it can be. Mentaly and physically. And  constantly  being tired

I just do 5 to 6 hours and thats enough .then after noon  naps....
