Half way through my stress and anxiety course at Maggies…

Evening all, quick update…

week 3 of the course…very very emotional and a few tears were shed…more of the group are opening up which I think is good…

the course itself is so well presented…im learning so much about my way of thinking and tips on how to get control of anxiety and stress….

today the two hours flew by…

in other news… im walking 40 minutes a day…my asthma has improved so much…anxiety and stress are at a all time low…im making better food choices also…and not beating myself up when I do have a bad day….
