hi all well been a ride and a half today mentally and emotionally. Left drained
took every ones advice and called the MacMillan help line talk to or should i say he listened a lot.. cried tons while talking it was hard to open up still loads to unravel he gave me many telephone numbers to call one being company i work for advice EAP service this lead to an email for HR
so letter of complaint started of equality act.. 2010 that's only the start .
other advice ACAS , no panic citizen advice line.....
to everyone commented thank you so much you do feel alone because my family several hours away and to be honest cant talk about this to them and open up not even the kids... another long story....no one at work because of Chinese whispers.. husband 2years ago had prostate cancer .
