Morning my beautiful family, BCG #8 done,
Normal side effects -Sweating- I’m so lucky that’s all I get…
got to take my little Dog to the vets tonight. When we was out last night he was running and trod on something, the yelp that came out his his mouth killed me. He’s limping but doesn’t seem to be in pain…breaks my heart… good job I’m not working today…
they say things come in 3s.. I hope that’s it for this year…
1. sickness due to overeating
2. anxiety
3. dog.
to the universe, I’ve had a very trying 2024, please let 2025 be better…
love to all Nigel xx
Hi Nigel getting number 8 done. Hope the side effects are minimal . It has been a tough year friend, you are getting through it with ups and downs . I hope your lovely pooch is ok, it really does pull at the heart strings when they are injured or unwell. sending you all a big hug . tomorrow is a new day xx
Much love Angela x
Evening Angela, dog is fine, he’s got a strain…but on the mend..
yep I’m all good, although I’m just starting g to get a bit edgy…I don’t know why but I can feel it…I think it’s because last week I was throwing up after eating…just had a small meal, im not bloated or feeling sick but just a bit edgy…im doing my breathing…it’s very mild but I know it’s there….does that make sense…
Nigel, I can understand the edgy feeling, its interesting that its bcg day ? I know on my bcg days , mentally i am kind of frozen and focussing totally on the bcg , it causes me anxiety and i am so relieved the next day when i can say phew that wasnt too bad . I do spend the day doing mindfulness and breathing, i know don't behave like its a normal day, i just write the day off tbh. Have you ever tried anything like mindfulness or meditation ? its not just for hippies you know hahaha
Much love Angela x
Hahaha Angela, yep just done some breathing and got a wet towel on my neck, im ok now, I think I caught it early and nipped it in the bud….the breathing really works…I also did a catch it, check it change it exercise…it’s a bit like having the what ifs….worrying over what May happen…I think last week really affected me…I think I can conclude that last week was due to overeating not the treatment… which I’m glad about…
Nigel xx
