Hi Nigel,Ok apart from the back pain thanks.Busy cleaning as my aunt is coming to down tomorrow plus cat feeding for my neighbour.The furry one is miffed it’s me and not his owner ‍

Hi Nigel, yes i got an all clear flexi last week!! I have another flexi & CT scan in February and if that clear back on BCG . For now I am trying to thoroughly enjoy the break, although i have lost my voice lol! no , before you ask its not from shouting at the footy haha. its painful watching your team just give it away , but thats footy. i was thinking of you watching spurs. Honestly thought they had it in the bag first half. hey ho

Its going to be tricky watching food intake over xmas, the food is so delicious isnt it. Hope you have a good night friend x

Angela, massive well done to you..that’s great news…yes enjoy the break, today was like the first time I visited the hospital, I was tense when having the treatment…football…we are the laughing stock at the moment…with me it’s more of how much I’m eating, I’m getting there slowly…two BCG to go until Christmas   
when I walked into the treatment area today it was nice that a few of the staff recognised me md said hello…I’ve really enjoyed the break even though it’s been mostly work…

a smallish pizza tonight… (L) means small doesn’t it?
