Loads of blood when weeing.

Hi Rob R welcome to the forum. I am not too familiar with your type of surgery but didnt want your post to go unanswered. It is normal after any surgery and after Bladder surgery to have bleeding. However, just to offer you maximum reassurance how about giving the  GP a call in the am and ask for their advice or call the unit where you had the surgery and get some  advice and then you can relax and recover.

Went o the gym today for a walk on the treadmill…could I have overdone it…worried sick now.

Hi Nigel. Sounds as though you have overdone it with the treadmill. We are not supposed to do anything strenuous for at least six weeks while the wound heals. Plenty of water to flush things out. Take it easy and give your medics a ring if it gets worse or continues. Best wishes.

Hi Nigel, I can understand how worried you must be . I think I have seen answers from Rily on this kind of experience with blood 2 weeks after turbt. I dont know how to tag him in , but try not to panic if you can. keep drinking plenty , i am sure he will be along with some advice and this will be sorted before you know it . keep in touch friend

Oh Nigel I am sorry this has happened for you, its a set back that maybe sorted in a very short time . I think lots of others on here have had bleeding after a turbt and will know how you are feeling and how quickly you will pick up again. non of this is easy mate, even when we put our best smile on , something out of the blue like this will leave you feeling down. Hoping someone will be along that its happened to that can reassure you everything will be ok xx
