Hi all, hope you're all well considering. Like to share my journey short version. Diagnosed in 2022. Initially 44 tumours. Had 3 turtbs in three months. Have had 12 tubts in all. Six weeks then camera. 22 tumours recurred at least halfed .Next was mitomycin c six week course. Then camera no effect. Further turbt. Then Camera, tumours grew back 22+ next BCG six week course+ maint+3. Camera six weeks later no effect. Then tulp laser removed all tumours. Camera next showed further recurrances +20 tumours. Then out of the blue CT scan showed tumours in my left kidney. Next I had a full nephrectomy kidney removed. Six weeks post operation have now been referred to Leicester General for more mitomycin c this time heated for 1hr recirculated in the bladder six week course. Has been a nightmare for me and my wife. She is seeing a counsellor and I am really struggling. I'm afraid I may lose my other kidney. I must add all the tumours have been inside the bladder so far .
