Well done Ade, once you get number one out of the way , it will feel less anxious. It is a bit of a faff with the bleach , but it becomes routine each week. Hope it goes well for you , keep us up to date x

Thank you Rily, the procedure was fine and I had a snooze when I got home. On to bleaching now

Hi Angela,

I was very anxious last night and didn't sleep a wink. The procedure was fine and my CNS is lovely and really put me and my lovely Hubby at ease. Kept it in for the full 2 hours then came home and had a snooze . Now onto the bleaching. And so far so good.

Hi Jean,

It's going well so far. My CNS is lovely and put me and Hubby at ease. I've been told I'll have 24 in total.  So 1 down and 23 more to go!! Got to keep my positive head firmly on. I was very anxious this morning, hope I'll feel better for number 2 next week.

Glad to hear BCG went well for your Husband. We need all the positivity we can get on the forum ️
