Hi,
I was diagnosed with high grade bladder cancer in 2022 at the age of 37. 2 turbo, 11 bcg treatment, currently no reoccurrence.
Would love to find people in the same boat as me, maybe make some friends etc
Thank you
Hi Sassy Girl . Really good to know you are clear after BCG treatment. This will give a lot of encouragement to those currently undergoing this treatment. Best wishes.
Hi Sassy Girl,
Great to hear your treatments are going well and working for you. It's great to hear when things are going well for others.
Also diagnosed in 2022 at the age of 51, grade 3 non muscle evasive BC.
12 BCGs here, and my last biopsy beginning of March came back clear. Next biopsy due mid June and BCG instillations 13,14,15 due soon after.
15 more BCGs to go all being well, but I'm now on 6 monthly intervals which is a relief. The biopsys are still at 3 Months, but must not grumble.
Take care.
Trevor

Same diagnosis and treatment plan for me Lynn. I dont know how I would have coped without this forum. Cancer can be lonely enough , it really helps to know others understand. I have had very few side effects , feel lucky so far. Keep in touch

Hi Sassy Girl,
I was diagnosed with high grade bladder cancer at 45. I am now 9 BCG in and having a tula cystoscopy later today. I did feel pretty unusual being a relatively young woman - it definitely added to / was part of the shock of the diagnosis. It is rotten luck at any age but at 37 seems particularly unfair. I am really pleased there is no reoccurrence.
