Hi I'm a 53 year old mum of 2.Just been diagnosed. I'm in pieces/shock. Can you gve me advice on how to get as strong as possible, mentally and physcially for the proceedure please. Pre op is on Tuesday, so it won't be too long to wait. Thank you
Hi both, thank you for thinking of me x It went well the surgeon said. Back in a month for results. I'm home now and eveything seems to be going the way it should be after reading experiences on here and the information I've been given. Need to keep remembering that my bladder needs time to heal, and not to lift anything when I feel stronger. Surgeon said no gardening. I'm driniking water and the hot water bottle is helping. Hope all is good with you xx
