This was my sixth cystoscopy. Previously I felt a little discomfort when she went in the when it was pulled out but not much when it was in there. This time there were a couple of moments when it was painful and it went on much longer than usual. Normally it lasts about one minute but this time was five minutes. There was a trainee in the room and I suspect that having a good look around was maybe for her benefit. Anyhow, afterwards after about half an hour I began to feel a bit uncomfortable and then spent the next couple of hours in a hospital toilet pissing blood. Two days later and still not quite back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thank you. Feeling a little better today. These things seem to take so long to get better
How are you today ? I really hope things are settling down and you are able to enjoy Christmas.Best wishes Jane
Aw thanks Jane. Yeah it'll be fine. The pain should be much less by 25th and I'll be with people who are used to my moaning and groaning and peeing a lot. Hope you enjoy yours too x
