I’m so sorry about Izzy, animals are part of the family and it’s horrible to lose them.I’m really sorry to hear that your long covid is bad again.I’m ok fed up of feeling sick though.I’m supposed to be being referred back to gastroenterology.Health is getting in the way a bit but you will know all about that yourself.I was trying to explain what it’s like to never feel well to my elderly very fit aunt.I told her some days you just feel less ill than others and have to take advantage of the better days/hours.It is very frustrating.Lots of love Jane xxx
Hi Jane, you are so right when you say some days you just feel less ill !! I have been trying to articulate this to my brother , and failing . I shall use your explanation next time . Nausea is horrible to deal with everyday. When i had it years ago it turned out i had gallstones. Have you had all scans etc ? Xx
Much love Angela x
Next scan is due in Feb and ultrasound in May didn’t show anything.I feel like it may be a liver or gall bladder problem rather than stomach but not certain.I’ve had liver problems in the past and had nausea then.I hope you can get your brother to understand how hard it can be.I feel fortunate that my partner John totally understands as he never feels well and is in poor health.xxxx
Jane, my constant nausea at the start of the year was caused by gallstones, so it’s certainly a possibility. I felt nauseous all the time but had no idea why until a gallstone blocked my bile duct and caused further issues- my liver results in blood tests literally were through the roof once I got admitted to hospital and had a CT scan. It’s really difficult when you don’t feel well yet don’t know why. Getting referred to gastro should help eliminate things for you-the wait for gastro is awful here for non urgent stuff, so I hope you don’t have too long to wait.

I’m still not finished with this abscess/cyst I developed-having my gallbladder out was a doddle in comparison! But doing ok overall thank you.

I wish! It’s been one thing after another for me this year and I’m fed up of hospital appointments. Once my abscess is finally done with, I hope things will improve.
