Hi all,
Does anyone know what MX stage is?
I think it means not evaluated.
Stay well :-)
Hi rily, nice to 'see' you ;)
Yes, it is vague but I will find out at my mid September internal exam under anaesthetic this time. I think they take biopsy's too.
Not sure if I posted my full result so far: VIRADS 5 and T2N0MX. Prostate looks ok which is reassuring as my younger bro died with cancer starting there.
Hi makem . I believe you have now finished treatment. When you have your follow up cystoscopy in Sept, you should have some further scans along the way to see how things have gone. I hope results are good.
Sorry to hear about your brother.
Best wishes.
The cystoscopy is to check how well the treatment has worked. They take sample biopsies to see if there are any signs of cancer remaining. If all is well there will be follow up flexi scopes usually every 3 or 6 months to keep an eye on things. Best wishes.
