Hello I was wondering if anybody out there has any information on this drug for treatment of bladder cancer. This is the brand name for nadofaragene firadenovec and has recently been approved in the US, not sure if it has been approved here yet. It is a gene therapy treatment for patients who haven't necessarily been successful with BCG. Sounds as though it could well be another string in the bow to fight this horrible disease.
Hi Jacaranda07 . Sounds promising, but never come across it on here. The problem with new treatments is that bladder cancer has very little funding for research compared to other cancers. Best wishes.
Hello rily, yes you are quite right about the funding. I managed to spell it wrong too it's Adstiladrin. Will have to keep an eye out for any likely progression.
Take care Chris
