I only have a small bathroom so a bidet is out of the question. So I bought one from Amazon which fits onto the toilet. £50. It's a game changer. Hot and cold water so I can get the right temperature. Only thing is we could do with another toilet now as when I get in I hog it for as long as I can. 
Wow that’s a posh one ! The one that I got off Amazon was simply a bowl type thing that you filled from the tap, rested on the toilet seat & sat on/in. I could imagine this one you have would be really helpful. Great buy!!
