Hi Patski2 the chemo radiotherapy is very effective treatment and your tumour should begin to shrink within 3 months of starting treatment. However, please be aware that the radiotherapy continues to work for some months after treatment has ended. It’s by no means unusual for it not to have disappeared completely at your first scan 3 months post-treatment. Many people on here report this happens and it is on the second scan that it disappears completely. Hope this helps. Bev
