Hi , sounds to me like you’re more at risk from savage animals than cancer

It’s really hard to get the balance right between being active (& feeling useful) and resting enough.  I’d like to be more like Ruth Bottom56 doing 10k steps every day & I’m barely containing my frustration at fighting to manage 4000 most days.

Please send a goat to London to chase me round the block, the extra motivation would help;)

Cheers to your husband for stepping up and taking over. My husband tried and did quite well, but I could tell he was overwhelmed. He keeps saying it would be like Lord of the Flies at home if I weren't around.
