Long long day, but least that's day 1 done.
Total emotional wreck this morning but back home now. Feel ok, tummy a bit on edge and head aching, both probably from the emotional stuff than anything else.
Just got to take my chemo tablets tonight and once I know they're ok, I'll hopefully start to relax a little!
Thank you all for your support so far and getting me up to and through day 1.
Off to get my pjs on and watch something good on tele.

Well done on getting through day 1 Deb, now just put your feet up, try & relax a bit & you can start ticking off those days on your schedule. You’ll probably find the tummy & headache are stress related & will settle. I got stuck into some binge worthy box sets during treatment it passed the time when I didn’t feel like doing much.
